Today I declare to do this below (at least for a month :p) :
1. no "gorengan"
2. no caffeine
3. no Indomie or something like that
4. no dinner, only bread or bananas
5. no snack, except fruit
6. drink 8 glasses water a day
7. wake up earlier than last :p
everybody support me pleeeeaseeeeeeeeeeeee......
